Online Sponsorship

Our website caters to a diverse audience. So far in 2007, our website averages more than 317,000 hits a month since it's inception in March, with a peak usage in May 2007 of 1,172,431 hits! We are averaging more than 125,000 unique page loads per month, with a 2007 7 month total of 881,924 unique page loads as of the end of September. Our peak page load for a single month is 515,728 unique page loads! In addition, we now cater to more than 450 members.

We also boast to be the #1 ranked site for many keywords in Google. Including "fairy festival", "faerie festival", and pretty much anything related! Your sponsorships will be seen!

This next year, we hope to add many more website features, announce another year of record attendance at the festival, and begin the support of our first year of online sponsors. Since this is our first year accepting online sponsors, we are opening with discounted advertising rates of $250 for one year. Festival exhibitors will enjoy a discounted rate of $200! You don't have to wait however to be accepted to get a reduced rate. If and when you are juried and accepted as an exhibitor, you will receive a $50 credit for your online advertising cost towards your exhibitor fee if you have already placed an advertisement online. After our first 5 sponsors, advertising rates will rise to $400 for any remaining sponsors (and $300 for accepted vendors). The lowest advertising rate for similar websites with less traffic is $800-$1000, so we hope you appreciate the purchasing power that is available right now.

Program Sponsorship Our program is a foldout full color two-sided document with a large map of our festival site on the back. We offer business card sized advertisements that are elegantly placed around the festival map for a fee of $100 ($75 for festival participants). By laying out our program this way, we reduce the amount of advertising while maximizing each ads exposure. If your ad is larger than a standard size, we will happily sell you additional spaces at drastically reduced prices. Our goal is simply to help subsidize the program cost of the festival!

Festival Sponsorship

Finally, we are seeking festival sponsors who are environmentally aware, offer organic solutions and/or products, or are heavilly involved in the community to become sponsors onsite of the Maryland Faerie Festival, our Winterfest Banquet, and our special Saturday night Maryland Faerie Festival Summerfest Celebration banquet and party.
